Let me introduce you to a skill that has received a significant buff this league compared to other melee skills (top 10 most buffed). It was bugged last league and will be fixed this league, the bug was a hard cap at 1sec duration (you couldn't go below it), now it will be possible to go below it, which changes everything. 3.22 CHANGES < - Leveling section now uses Spectral Throw, as the Duelist leveling meta settled on that and it's simple to play - As of writing this guide we don't have any info yet on the numbers on the new support gems, keep a look out for Sadism support though, this might beat out Elemental Damage With Attacks or Ignite Proliferation. - Even if Sadism doesn't beat another support gem endgame, it might be better before you have Dyadian Dawn. - Volatility might turn out to be good(only the strongest ignite stays on the enemy)

Just put together this quick pob as I want to make a tanky minion char which uses fresh meat support on league start. Wanted to try dominating blow but as I understand it wont work with fresh meat (refresh vs create/summon) Divine blessing setup will be replaced with guardians blessing new support (can summon holy relic out regen without vitality?) This is why the no mana for haste error. No clusters to simulate SSF league start. Config is to simulate fresh meat, dps shown is on a 5link. Looking for any blaring mistakes/optimizations to improve, im pretty unsure on levelling strat also ho
