PoE Bear's Girdle builds

I made this build, it's interesting and sort of works by leveraging big health pool via dissolution of the flesh to scale Bloodthirst support for lots of flat added phys converted using Doomfletch. Rite of Ruin downside is completely offset by endless Eternal Youth like the rage vortex build featured here last week (an inspiration). These are all recorded with a 5L and trade equivilent of about 500 chaos of gear 1 week into the league, most expensive item being the corrupted gloves(100c). The idea of this build is simple: Use the reworked Chainbreaker, combined with flat mana regeneration and %increased mana regen to sustain not only blade vortex, but also have high-uptime on berserk. Hi , i wanted to add elusive into my build ,but its non-crit, and i use molten shell for walking so i cant use withering step. Is there anyway to have it ? I have an idea to run Rage Vortex around. Basically, rather than use Redblade Banner or Chains of Emancipation, you'd use Chainbreaker, opening up your shield slot as well as your belt slot to max rage sources, for a maximum of 125 rage. To cover the rage costs, you'd obtain mana regen where most easily available, like jewelry and on the tree. Later on, you can swap out the 2 items for 2x Psychotic Axe(+10 max rage implicit). You'd stack enough mana regen so that you can use 1 rage vortex every 4 seconds as max rage. Could I ask for your input on this i
