The idea of this build is simple: Use the reworked Chainbreaker, combined with flat mana regeneration and %increased mana regen to sustain not only blade vortex, but also have high-uptime on berserk.
Edit: Forgot to mention: I have verified that your mana regeneration is not nullified while you have blood magic, and still scales with %increases to mana regeneration rate according to the character sheet.
There are technically 3 options here. The Champion, Berserker with Pride, or Berserker with Determination. Pride berserker is the highest dps, champion is middle ground, and Determination Berserker is the tankier option. Both Berserkers struggle more with life sustain, making this a classic 3-stat triangle with each build at the corners.

Reservation Mastery and Chainbreaker are not allocated in PoB, so these are the level 100 version with very reasonable gear. Heck, they don't even have Searing Exarch or Devourer implicit modifiers yet.
Our rage generated per-second from is ~22 for both builds. Champions get theirs more passively, while berserkers need to compensate a bit with their natural rage generation. The watcher's eye mod for mana recovery rate is candy. It ultimately doesn't matter too much, but it would be nice to have with the other modifier.
We go blood magic. Why? Because it gives us an extra aura. We cannot afford to cast a blessing via mana, but we totally can do it with life. Life tap is no-longer an option, but blood magic should still work. Because of Clarity's flat mana reservation, we really don't have enough mana to reserve Pride normally either. Blood magic is optimal in this situation.
Now, onto the interesting discussion about which aura/build to use, and why.
For the duelist, we already have very strong physical damage reduction, and great impale scaling, so it's Pride as the clear winner. Thanks to pride's a very powerful Watcher's eye modifier, it gives the build the damage scaling it needs to be competitive. There is no alternative.
For berserker, it's a far more interesting decision. We could keep the Pride to far exceed the Duelist. Or, we could swap to determination to exceed the duelist's defensives at the cost of now being the lower dps option. In that case, the watcher's eye pride mod would be swapped out for reduced reflected damage, which also frees up a minor god.
There are 2 six links used here. Frenzy gives very reliable frenzy charge generation, can be used to apply a curse, and can be supported with both cull and maim.
I have several builds I am trying to fine-tune. This was initially one of the "rejected, but not bad" tiers that I took a closer look at. It's not as much damage as the other ones I have for similar investment, but Rage Vortex is relatively passive damage. The overall damage mitigation and life leech / on hit rate looks good.
The build also reliably has 130% increased movement for the duelist, 150% for the berserkers, without flasks. Would this also be good for heisting? How good do you think this will feel while mapping? I want to know your opinions. What do you think of this builds? Should I work on refining it more and create a full build/leveling guide?
Also, I think it's very funny that Shavron's Revelation is probably our BIS ring, and the only part we use wasn't even touched when it was buffed.
