I have an idea to run Rage Vortex around.

Basically, rather than use Redblade Banner or Chains of Emancipation, you'd use Chainbreaker, opening up your shield slot as well as your belt slot to max rage sources, for a maximum of 125 rage. To cover the rage costs, you'd obtain mana regen where most easily available, like jewelry and on the tree.
Later on, you can swap out the 2 items for 2x Psychotic Axe(+10 max rage implicit).
You'd stack enough mana regen so that you can use 1 rage vortex every 4 seconds as max rage.

Could I ask for your input on this idea? Currently levelling it and looking for further polish.
