PoE Vaal Ancestral Warchief, Chaining builds

Was very interested by this gem when I saw it, I have barely made any builds before in POE so any advice would be more than appreciated! Budget isn't really a problem, just want to clear some T16s while having fun on a somewhat tanky build

Hi guys! I discovered this insane build 1y year ago thanks to u/Dreadmaker (link) and still looks criminally underused with only \~100 characters on PoE ninja. I figured I could share my Lighning Strike of Arcing version which carried me to 100 while farming T16 8000wisps maps this league. POB for 100-150div budget : Not a leaguestarter, requires \~20d and level 92-95 to come onlin

i never play lightning strick i decide to try it with the new unique but the dps is no that good ( first time make/play melee build ) how i can improve it ? :D

I've theory crafted (with help from a friend) a champion wild strike build using only cold damage by using the jewels and stacking hatred effect. The build has good defences through fortify, block, spell suppresion and leech. Aswell as having respectable damage for a melee build. If you have any thoughts or questions regarding the build or even any improvements feel free to let me know! POB:

5.3 mil should be tanky, super fast, easy to put in melding, anyone want to expand on this: replica restless ward, badge of the brotherhood and rest is random gear, 40c ele claw etc

I don't know if there's much new with this but I put together an assassin stacking flat chaos dmg on gear and chaos dmg % and multi on the tree. It takes Perfect Agony. In my own testing I found just putting the attack skill in the 6l to be mandatory for clear, and my DPS is about 2m with pretty shit gear.
