Rakiata's Dance LS Raider vs Formed

Notes:

• The new sword Rakiata's Dance is quite good for it's price. Its special effect means we don't have to worry about reducing enemy resists, and any increases to monster res becomes a damage increase for us. For example, a pinnacle boss by default has 50% ele res which gets inverted to -50% with this sword (any penetration is applied after this inversion). It also has a decent amount of flat damage.
• The new chest Utula's Hunger is nice because it allows us to use a load of uniques and still hit 5k life easily. With a high roll it's roughly equivalent to having 90-100 life in every gear slot.
• Overall the damage is pretty good for the budget imo but it's a bit squishy for bossing because it doesn't have much for recovery outside of leech. It's probably fine if you're good at the game. Don't think it has a high enough freeze duration to be able to freeze ubers so I never even bothered to try.
