PoE Assassin, Fire builds with custom stat filters

Hello guys, I have just started playing with Reddit, and I am a Poe softcore league player, whose budget is usually between 100ex-150ex(I am not an expert on farming currencies, so that is what I can make by playing a lot through an entire league,hope I can make a mirror next league xd). pob: straightforward build. Harvest corpses carry hard. It's sad that currently DoT has a overflow bug when the DoT dps goes over 35m mobs will take 0 damage. So there's no room to further improve the damage :(

Hey guys, I've tried putting together a hit based fireball using pinpoint and scorch, the damage looks really good in PoB right now so im wondering if I have ticked a few boxes, everything looks warranted to me right now. Please help take a look over it, any comments and feedback are much appreciated. PoB:

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.

Important Note: using frenzy as main wand attack = 100% change to gain a power charge. user power siphon as main wand attack = not 100% chance to gain a power charge.
