PoE Assassin, Cold builds with custom stat filters

I had a weird idea today and tested it, the result can be found here: Explanation (this is complicated, ngl, somewhat long post incoming): first off, I did a Discharge of Misery CoC last league too, but with Cyclone as the trigger. After hearing all the talk of Lancing Steel of Spraying's usefulness for CoC I gave it a try. PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). replaced VB with crit tree with regular ones for 3.22 : 100% = 91% crit to fix fix : take doom cast, remove flat mana nodes - enduring mana flask for smooth gameplay more than required but it's perma used anyways so it doesn't matter. masteries unchanged stun avoid for mapping is from boots, can go stun pantheon for bossing (feels useless)
