PoE builds similar to 3.13 POE COC Ball lightning Face tanking Shaper

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

On brand wheels, there is a mastery available that reads "Recover 10% of mana when a brand expires while attached".
