PoE builds similar to POE PF Indigon CoC vs The Fear

After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. This is not the strongest build I've ever played, although it's honestly pretty decent for a total hipster build. If you're looking for a build that never dies and can obliterate A8 Sirus in seconds, this is not that. But if you're looking for a build that can do hard content without trivializing it, so that it still feels like an actual challenge, I recommend checking it out. I'm planning my next build, but i never created a CoC build before, so im a bit lost here, that's what i have for now i think this will be a good build for scourge.

Tornado Shot attack speed modifier is ONLY to simulate MAXIMUM DPS, which only occurs when you are right in front of the boss and all Creeping Frost projectiles overlap. These DPS numbers are NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT in general!!
