The budget I think it is probably arround 20 ex and mainly because of some not mandatory items like the watcher's eye. Any suggestions for improvement? After seeing Mathil's VD build, I threw together a scuffed Cyclone CWC VD build using corpsewalker on an elementalist I already had leveled just to try it out and I loved it.
