PoE builds similar to SHATTER Everything with Ice Nova Occultist [PoE 3.23 Build Guide]

As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.

Since I only play glass cannon type of builds, I wanted to bring back something I haven't played in a couple of years. It exceeded my expectations but I do not recommend playing unless you want to rely on mechanical skills and a decent amount of luck. It did have a lot more damage than I thought so you could probably shave off like 20-25% of the damage and put in defenses on a different class, I have thought about it.

Frostbolt ice nova battlemage seems like a really fun direction to take the new ascendancy, but there seem to be a lot of limiting factors on it in either the 2h or wander varieties. 2H - this seems best as a pure ice nova build, since pledge of hands is very nice, but cwc cyclone seems unappealing since cwc can be awkward with charging fanaticism. Snap casting cyclone every second seems very tedious. Wand - this seems appealing to me, since it gives easy access to frenzy or power charges and spellslinger will be much smoother with gaining fanaticism stacks. However, you miss pledge of ha

Edit: Updated without spellsinger and with a cwdt defensive setup. I'll update the new pob, but this is where I have reached. 1. 4.5k health 2.3k es 500 es regen 2. 27k armour 87% phys dmg mit 3. ailment immunity 4. 60% spell block with glancing blows 5. 82% crit chance 430% mult ( can get 100% by using inc crit chance instead of intensify, and it'll save 6-7 points) 6. 1.8m sirius dps with 3 intensity stacks and every buff up (assuming 4x mult from spell echo) Someone posted their pob for this build ( I'll look up who it was) and said this was a dps focused version. DISCLAIMER: This isn't meant to be a guide but a proof of concept. While I did play this character straight from day 1 of the league, I don't really recommend it early because it's a bit clunky before Divergent Berserk and Lethal Pride appeared on trade which was around day 3, and also the playstyle is really active. hey guys like the title says i kinda have hit a wall, im looking for some upgrades, i dont wanna switch out the headhunter unless for a mageblood, which i cant afford, i have around 120+ divine orbs plus change, dont really wanna lose to much ehp either, anyone care to take a look and give a few pointers? i know i could get 3x crit multi jewels but they hella costly, could switch a quicksilver for cinderswallow but i really do enjoy the movespeed, also 10 percent pen on boots would help. hope some of you will help me better the build.
