Hey guys, we wanna mess around with self-cast Ice Nova using similar gear from previous build(Full-Unique Glacial Cascade), and here's the result! Can't believe with this low budget, we're able to deal some nice single target DPS! Clearspeed is crazy fun btw (Vaal Ice Nova + Herald of Ice)...EXPLOSIONS!!!
