PoE builds similar to Path of Exile 3.0 Beginner Guide - Inquisitor Frost Bolt Totems

Hello guys! As mentioned above, I am playing a penance brand inquisitor. I was following and using the zizaran/manni pob and video as reference and I'm at the point where I'm unlocking voidstones and getting some currency. I have a stupid dream about playing self cast Frostbolt without Icenova. I am trying to make PoB but it looks like very weak. 1. Does this build can be significantly improved? x2 at least 2. If no.. Is there any good way to deal with my elemental resistances if I take The Annihilating Light or only from items and tree?

Hello! This build is theory right now but is fairly cheap so I plan on building if I can get the dps higher. I don’t have the newest version of it, but I’m currently at 33m dps, going for ONLY damage. Need some help refining tree and choosing/swapping gear. Thanks in advance!

The reworked Ralakesh's Impatience boots make your minimum charges equal to your maximum charges when standing still. This got me thinking about the possibility of a charge stacker who only needs the stacks while standing still, for example when casting a spell. These boots should also interact in an interesting way with another unique, Malachais loop. This shield normaly removes all power charges upon reaching the maximum. However, this is not possible when your minimum charges is equal to your maximum, therefore the downside of this unique i
