PoE 3.17 - Crafting the Ultimate Omniscience Chest

In today's video, I'll be making what has the potential to be the best Omniscience chest in league. This is the first of two parts of crafting what looks like it will be the best Lightning Strike Raider Omniscience chest in league once I complete it. Although this item had incredible prefixes, I want it to be perfect and see if someone will want to copy it.

Method: Step 1: Get a chest with T1 % Dex and a second influence modifier and use an Orb of Dominance (you can buy pre-prepared bases for cheap on trade site)

Step 2: On the second chest, apply Crusader influence if it doesn't have it and use a Fundamental Fossil to hit % intelligence. If you want to elevate % int, lock suffixes, reforge crit for a second influenced mod and Elevate.

Step 3: Use an Awakener's Orb, making sure that each item has only one influenced modifier.

Step 4: if you have an open suffix, craft "Suffixes Cannot be Changed" and reforge attack with Harvest. This guarantees attack base crit

Step 5: Lock Suffixes, reforge fire for phys taken as fire, or reforge life to hit decent life.

Step 6: Lock suffixes, Aisling and attempt to unveil ailment avoidance or % life (Blocking the Block modifiers is best as they have the highest weight)

Step 7: Bench craft flat Life
