PoE builds similar to POE 3.17 SSF 38 Challenges Achieved

I'm tired of waiting for others to come up with reasonable builds for this skill I love, so I decided to give it a shot myself. I wanted to emphasize slowing enemies as much as I can and the duration of brands. Any discussion on what can be improved on this build is appreciated. =This is a Level 98 Tree, if you do not have this many skill points consider the below: -Drop Lethe Shade, this is mainly for endgame bosses that cover the area with degen pools -Drop the extra node in the Sovereignty Wheel -Drop Glacial Cage/Season of Ice Wheel =Do Not activate the Trickster Ascendency Swift Killer until you have a chest that generates Frenzy Charges. For leveling and league start, pick up One Step Ahead until you transition =Do Not constantly cast Wintertide Brand in a fight. You have to wait until they reach max stages and expire to do the most damage. Get used to how

Bitterdream

Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. I left out Defiance Banner for now because of reservation issues. its not my build i just get inspire by "owen" in youtube i what know how i can make this build do more dps or its just skill limitation im cleaning everything except uberboss since its very off meta build i craft everything any sugresstion how i can improvite
