[POE OUTDATED] Wintertide brand occultist - Build Guide - (Buffed in Ritual) - Check Description

Welcome to my Poe (Path of Exile) Wintertide brand build guide for harvest( 3.11 ) This is built around the occultist ascendancy and is a pleasure to play. This build is ready for 3.13 Ritual following a sizable damage buff. I hope you enjoy.

3.14 - No Changes - Tree should just convert!

Overall we got a buff in 3.13 - There is an Acsendany change Jewel in the tree to componsate until POB is updated. Remove Pathing and jewel once it is up to date if i didn't yet. 15% more cold damage (Instead of 20% cold damage over time) - Buff Profane Bloom Grants 40% explode chance - up from 25% Buff Regenerate 2% (Up from 1%) of Energy Shield per second for eachEnemy you or your Minions have Killed Recently, up to 10% per second
