PoE builds similar to [3.13 POE] Inquisitor COC Ball lightning T19 100% Delirium

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

On brand wheels, there is a mastery available that reads "Recover 10% of mana when a brand expires while attached". In theory, if we reduce the brand duration low enough, we can proc this effect frequently enough to sustain the monstrous mana costs of Indigon or Archmage.
