PoE builds similar to LAZY MAN BUILD | Trying Out General's Cry Shield Crush Zerker - 3.15 Expedition - Path of Exile

I've been playing General's Cry berserker this league, starting with Blade Flurry and transitioning into Shield Crush for extra defenses. I've noticed something funny about the PoB numbers - they all seem insane. Here's my current PoB, it says that I have about 15.8m Sirus dps when 2 waves from the Shield Crush overlap (which is likely), with a reasonable setup and no flasks. I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff.
