PoE builds similar to PoE 3.16 SSF SC - Poison Helix Occultist - The Feared release all challenge

I'd love to be able to push Deli map and endgame bosses comfortably but right now I feel a bit lacking in term of damage mainly, defense is not so bad but sometime damage is lacking too much that my defense just can't hold anymore (Mainly deli map trough the end)

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. Maybe there are other players like me who don't assume that all these fancy things people put on builds are attainable and want a no-budget ssf build, or this build may just be useful input to someone somehow. Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful.
