PoE builds similar to [POE 3.13] Bane/Blight Pathfinder VS The Feared

Hi All, First time build post, long time player. Started in BETA took a few years off in the middle and came back last league - having a blast with this one. I have had some great luck this league and found some nice items to support the build. My goal was to make a fast mapper that also handle high tier bosses and get through all content if I chose too. Coming to the end of the league, and with Harvest nerfs announced, I wanted to make a big-boy build, all self-crafted (except jewels) that can do all content easily. I took heavy inspiration from the following post, but just optimised things a little bit further: Cleared all content completely deathless, everything dies in less than a second. This is my first build from ground up that doesn't suck at first sight. It's an affordable, simple Blight occultist. Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging.
