PoE builds similar to [3.14] PathOfExile FireBurst Autobomber Staff Elementalist

Taking the base from jungroan's icyhot FP but now with pinpoint getting nerfed (especially with respect to mana sustain) but unleash getting out fine, thought maybe having two 5L FPs would do the trick. Means 8x (4 seals on each FP) damage from 2 casts, good for roughly 3-5mil burst damage with gear I feel comfortable attaining on a starter. Also pretty satisfying seeing the quadrupled up waves of ice blowing up mobs. Any thoughts for this vs. a traditional pinpoint self casting?
