weapon is easily self crafted. got the base for 50c. slam a few essences until you get 1 okish other prefix. yolo annul and hope you dont hit fire burst/the other prefix -> multimod you NEED 30-40% CDR for it to not feel like shit boots are bad. only CDR and faster ignite is good. tailwind is almost never up. I just got them cause they were available everything else is very generic or a unique item. should be very easy to reproduce if you feel like it yes, I was too lazy to fix my flasks
