PoE builds similar to Forgotten Claw mod (budget Headhunter build) - Path of Exile (3.14 Ultimatum)

This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER. So I was doing some help with another players White Wind build and the comments are full of people maligning White Wind as trash and unusable. I wanted to prove at least in concept that you can make a high damage tanky mapper using a 1c unique weapon and no shield. I picked the silliest skill I could think of being Wild Strike. Specifically so I could run a 50/50 fire/cold version. Nothing feels more PoE than hitting for Fire and Cold with a lightning skill that

I had a cluster jewel drop with the vengeful commander notable on it and thought it could be interesting to use in a build with all 3 auras and all 3 elemental damage types on wild strike. here is what I have planned so far although it probably could be optimized by someone better than me. Also the cluster jewels are what I've already got to work with. Any advice before I commit to this would be fantastic.

I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

start frost blades or steel, rush precise tech and grab sword nodes if strike mastery isn't enough for clear try swapping multi for anc call level in swap: 3 wild strikes, vaal ice shot, ice shot, frost blades. wild strikes vendor for combat focus with 20 qual and the others are back up builds after clever thief it takes 11 points to switch to claws try to run: grace, hoi, war banner, lvl 1 precision after grabbing mana mastery: hatred instead of hoi after reservation shield, use saved mana for preci lvls and vitality if capped acc just buy highest pdps claw within budget with open suffix
