Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging. Hi All, First time build post, long time player. Started in BETA took a few years off in the middle and came back last league - having a blast with this one. I have had some great luck this league and found some nice items to support the build. My goal was to make a fast mapper that also handle high tier bosses and get through all content if I chose too.
