Since GGG was supposed to buff self-casting i decided to give ice-spear a try this league. I quite like the balance between offence and defense inquisitor gives. In the end I think I managed to create a quite well rounded character with decent clear, good survivability and quite good DPS(doing about 15m dps on a somewhat not to bad budget without any flask). Think i have spent about 20-25 ex on the character. Where as a good 80 percent of that was on belt and chest. Any good ideas on areas i can improve on my build?

I want to play some sort of self-caster and with the ice spear buff it seems like it would be pretty good damage. I figured I could use Ice Spear as single target and for clear ice spear into packs and have herald of ice pop everything. I was able to make the build tanky to me at least with 30k armor 5k Life and 2k ES with alot of regen. Can anyone take a look at this build and see if it would be any good or have any advice?

A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Tree can be tweaked a bit to grab some sockets if you happen to find any jewels worth running. Like I mentioned, there's no required gear. I don't have any gear in the POB besides flasks and a shield. The only two things that are arguably "required" are a pair of rare gloves with the Eater of Worlds implicit "apply cold exposure on hit" (very easy to roll), and a Shaper shield
