Good evening PoEBuilds, I have been farming like mad and finally made a champ sparker. I recently got its gear together, but something feels terrible off. The last time I made a spark character was back in Delirium league. I was wondering if anybody could throw me a bone and help and try to figure out what I am doing wrong. For one, I am not exactly sure how to get to 90% all res. I have been trying to get all the non-curse aura effect I can, and even rolled quite a few Brutal restraints trying to get double nodes. I've been slowly gearing a PF poison spark while playing tota. Switched to it and dps sucks. Om missing ele overload which I plan to fix with a keystone and a bit of res but my main issue is dps. Can someone point me in the right direction?

A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. This is low budget build, but not ssf viable. It has a lot of cheap uniques. Result is not that bad.
