PoE builds similar to [Featured Build Discussion Ep 23] Skyscan's Arakaali's Fang Necromancer

I recently found this build while searching for an araakali build to farm wave 30 sim with, and while it met all the requirements I was looking for, I couldnt really find any info about how it can handle sim. Anyone able to tell me if this build is wave 30 sim viable? Pob: Note: The build does have negative reserved mana, but I wouldnt really be using all the auras all the time.

I started the league well over a month late; initially as a Boneshatter slayer, which was fun but kinda meh. The low price of The Squire made me read up on arakali fang builds, and with less than 25 divines I made the following: Im only level 88 and I am able to clear T16s with 4k+ wisps with extremely suboptimal gear which is insane to me for the budget. Full DoT dps capped against Pinnacle Bosses with Despair 20+3/23 (-32% to chaos resistance with 25% less effect because of Awakened Blasphemy) and Temporal Chains.
