Uploaded my 2 implicit Brass Dome a few days ago and some were asking for a PoB. Had no idea how it worked but I sat down and made one. Think it's configured correctly, so the dot dps should be right.

Immune against most of the annoying stuff in the game.

Full dot dps capped against pinnacle bosses, 12 mil dot dps against ubers (haven't tried and no idea if it's good or not). Gonna change charms eventually.
