PoE builds similar to Path of Exile | SPARK Cold Conversion | NEED BIG $$$$$

Hi, I made an observation I cannot explain: 1) Equip a call of the brotherhood: 40% lightning to cold 2) Equip Spark linked to trinity => You will consistently get all three resonances, even when fighting against a lone enemy. (So it is not like the enemies have different resistance values. My expectation would have been that I only gain two resonances, because for normal enemies the lightning damage is always higher than the cold damage (60% vs 40%) and for lightning-resistant enemies the cold damage would always be higher. How is it possible that for different hits on the same enemy

Heatshiver+Cold Ailment Duration+Painseeker to cheese freezes, Shade Of Solaris cheap Wand for Big Damage scaling, Evasion + Flesh and Stone + Blind Effect scaling for 95% Evasion if hit recently. Unsure how to fit in more duration or phys mitigation right now, I just wanna stay evasion based early league since its a lot more budget friendly especially when the occasional death goes unpunished in Softcore. For one of my last efforts for the league I would like to put together a list of builds that succeed in Sanctum. I plan on playing 7 or 8 builds starting at level 92. So far I have played crit spark inquis, poison spark PF, and poison SRS necro. The necro and PF felt similar to me, I'd give them both a 7/10. The Spark inquis was a 8/10, would be a 10/10 but can get 1 shot by random rares/uniques and requires at least a 2 flask Mageblood.
