I would eventually work tward nimbleness and take pain attunement after reserving another arua on life and switching things around for more damage, also grabing a vaal rgalia that give 500 es or more making us more hybrid/low-life. I would also always be on the look out for better jewels with more crit multi, since we are crit capped we benefit greatly from this stat.
