PoE Necromancer, Summon Raging Spirit builds

Pob: This is a modification of the traditional Poison SRS Necro build for pure Sanctum farming. Goal of changes 1. Comfortably farm Sanctum with any unique relic I wanted, except for Original Sin. 2. Give my build enough damage so that I don't mind picking up a minus DPS affliction here and there. 3. Give my build enough survivability so that I don't mind picking up an enemy DPS affliction.
