Shock is higher on this build because of Voltaic Mark. Calculations done by hand feel free to check if higher or lower. Galvanic wants conduction until you have enough damage to clear without relying on Herald of Thunder. You can swap it over to Stormcaller at that point. Martial Tempo feels great on it but feel free to ignore the gem swap. Cannibalism feels good, get it if you have 15 spirit laying around.
