Overall Budget is probably still less than a mirror.

Using a budget 5-10D bow, sacrificing some rarity on rings, using HOWA, should yield probably 40-50% of this dps with 8k+ es still with 100D budget.

Heroic Tragedy Vorana + Astramentis gives lots of ES, hitting upwards of 14-15k es. It also gives you about 900-1k mana, making mapping much more sustainable. Yoke of suffering is a good budget option for high dps.

Nightscale paua gloves is cheap for 5c, with 150% mana regen and 50% crit rate. Only worth using when you already have alot of flat dmg from bow + rings.

Voracious Annoint + Essentia Sanguis for Instant ES leech is a decent option if your dps is high enough. Currently, using Ghost Dance + Wind Dancer pretty much makes you unkillable. Each time you get hit, wind dancer pops the screen (one-shotting rares), and ghost dance gives you back 2K+ es
