PoE Scion, The Agnostic builds

Realistically this is 10x tankier than all those "20k EHP INQUISTOR GOD TIER" builds for 2 mirrors! i still see them getting 1 shot through 20k ehp because they don't have enough mitigation. they just have a large pool. SO HERE's my idea. and it works. This is super budget and can be even more budget with most gear if you sacrifice more damage. average is 500k Blight DPS. can go up to a million+ can go down to 250-200k easy to have even more life and mana. And that's fine since all we need to do is stand still and use blight. (this is a afk and right click boss killer not a mapper)

Pob: This is the general premise of the build: with a very high speed we cast Crackling Lance, the cost of which we make sure to be over a 100 mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen. This is not the strongest build I've ever played, although it's honestly pretty decent for a total hipster build. If you're looking for a build that never dies and can obliterate A8 Sirus in seconds, this is not that. An interesting build based on mana stacking using Mind of the Council and Manastorm to scale damage. I wrote Archmage in the title but it's just a reference to how we scale damage with mana. This was a build I was really excited to try and it turned out really well. It was a very rounded build with good defensive layers, good single target, and very fast clear for a budget. Agnostic is pretty broken and makes this build feels a lot tankier than it should be due to the constant regen. With 70/60 dodge chance, it's a pretty tanky build.
