PoE Cast On Critical Strike builds without Deadeye, Inquisitor, Raider, Warden

Hi, I was checking all the replica items to see if I could find a fun new item to build around and I saw the new replica Duskdawn. It's identical to the original, but instead of criticial chance for spells it has base crit chance, bringing it to a respectable \~10%, with 1.25 APS. I was building around it on PoB, using a trickster and stacking block, and ended up with something interesting without using insane gear or cluster jewels: 4.4k Life, but... 59/17 attack/spell block Phase Acrobatics The new Arctic Armour that freezes everyone that hits you, for 0% mana reserved

Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. Was bored and playing PoB. I've never played CoC, so there's probably flaws I'm unaware of. DPS seems low but its hard to tell what the aoe overlap will be like. Any thoughts/suggestions? edit updated pastebin update got bored and gave up on it. here's the current if you want it
