[3.9] CoC Ice Nova Build - Assassin Shadow - Metamorph - Path of Exile 3.9

This build has very good clear speed, good boss dps and good defences (perma blind, freeze, elusive, dodge). Using cyclone to trigger ice nova. Cospri's Malice is mandatory for this build but kinda expensive i am using two of them. Also i am using Glorious Vanity Timeless Jewell to get extra energy shield.
