POE 3.10 Cast on Hit Dual Wield Mjölner Build Test

Doing some quick run of Charged Breachstones for fast and easy leveling on level 80+ since they are quite cheap right now. The build concept is trying to reach the threshold of 12 attacks per second so that each mace is hitting as close as 6 times per second since cyclone will alternate weapons when dual wielding, because Mjölner has 150ms cooldown for triggering spells. The main 6-link Cyclone is going for some utility/defensive setup instead, which supported by Cast on Crit, Wave of Conviction, Life Gain on Hit, Faster Attack and Onslaught.
