TLDR: 90% max ele res, 85% phys as ele, 83-88% evade, capped suppress, perma quicksilver using traitor keystone on right side of the tree (for flask nodes). I'm thinking about doing Toxic Rain, but I can see myself getting frustrated by the damage delay, so I was looking into Caustic Arrow as an alternative. Last league everyone was playing the transfigured version with the poison tincture, but since the tincture is gone it seems to be more complicated to play. Ive seen ben play the regular version ( but it's ben and I'm not sure if I can achieve this aswell. Anyone got experience with caustic arrow and how good it will be in 3.24?

Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive.
