PoE Marauder, Cyclone builds

I have what I think are almost\ all the upgrades he can get, but I could use some advice as to what I can do now to make him even more juicy for bossing in Standard. Is the PoB. I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.

Just prior to league start, I theorycrafted a couple of builds: a Hexblast Occultist and a RF/Searing Bond Cheiftan. At he last minute I decided to go with the Cheiftan as the defences looked more solid, and I couldn't be happier. This has been the smoothest, easiest league start I've experienced, and one of the strongest builds I've played in my 1200 hours in POE. Thus far, I've invested a grand total of 25c on this build, and 22c of that was on the amulet. Close to 1m DPS with pretty average gear and cheap-as-mud uniques

Hey guys, I was thinking about a Cyclone build using Vengeance as second 6-link. 5k+ life, 79% max res, 10k+ armour and around 10 mil dps on an estimated 10 ex budget. I've been playing General's Cry berserker this league, starting with Blade Flurry and transitioning into Shield Crush for extra defenses. I've noticed something funny about the PoB numbers - they all seem insane. Here's my current PoB, it says that I have about 15.8m Sirus dps when 2 waves from the Shield Crush overlap (which is likely), with a reasonable setup and no flasks. This build revolves around running around with reverse knockback cyclone, blowing things up with Molten Shell, triggered with reflected damage from Hiltless and Defy Pain. Transcendence is necessary, because otherwise, a pathetic ~7k phy hit from defy pain would only tickle the molten shell. In PoB, this build is near-immortal with enough damage for end-game content. Last time it was a hierophant, the issue was that absorption charges didn't apply as much of a benefit as theoretically thought, and additionally, I forgot that MoM only applies to life. Again like last time, this doesn't do very much damage, this time it deals more, but still not very consistently. So instead we decided to go with a juggernaut, and use two nebuloch maces.
