Hello everyone! This is my first build without strictly following a guide, or at least trying to do the skill tree on my own. Not claiming this is original or anything, but wanted to know if my skill tree is being optimized.

Pretty much, this cyclone build is about being up close and personal, but also enough movement speed to try and compensate.

I noticed that PoB didn't really take into account Point Blank or the option of listing a enemy as being taunted (or at least I didn't see that option).

Any help would be very appreciated.
