PoE 3.23 Affliction Juggernaut builds without Mageblood, Original Sin

(DISCLAIMER: This is my first post here, if I'm breaching any etiquette, please let me know) After I was lucky to drop a Mirror this league, I splurged half of it on an unnecessary expensive Poison Molten Strike of Zenith Slayer. Now, with the remaining half lying around, I wanted to try a build I've been sitting on for a while now (ever since I saw a video about The Flawed Refuge), which leads to this build. I got most of the gear ready, and the build already works while I am Lv 74 at the time of posting this. No showcase bc of my potato PC, but visually it should look like any Double Strike

It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). Hi, I haven been playing POE for a while but never dived too deep into the game. This league I looked up some boneshatter jugg builds and decided to try that for the first time. my build: I have a few problems/questions with the build and wondering if someone can help me with it. &x200B; 1, Damage: I seem to be clearing maps alright, but I think with the league mechanics, some rares and uniques do take a while to kill. Outside of making boneshatter 6L and get a better weapon, is there any other things I can improve my output?
