This is a showcase of the new Ice Crash of Cadence as a main skill. I also tried out new (old) sunder which was great, but didn't leverage the AoE scaling from endurance charges.

I started this build so it was cheap to get going, just payed 5div for ralakesh which are way cheaper now.

Got lucky rolling a few precursor emblems which helps the damage but is not necessary.

Still haven't bothered annointing panopticon..
