PoE 3.23 Affliction Duelist builds

Hey all, so far this league has been crazy, especially with the new league mechanic, I've been able to juice like crazy. First time running splitting steel and was wondering what the final things I can do for the build, or if would it be worthwhile to start a new one. I could roll better implicit on gear, and probs use better charms but then I'd be investing heavily and the reward ratio isn't the the highest. Any advice?

Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. Getting all charges beyond 11 seems prohibitively expensive. Is this just sort of the nature of this build, am I missing something super obvious? Hi, Looking for help to scale or ?fix? my build. On paper i have very nice dps but compared to some folks ive watched on youtube and comparing theyr numbers in pob mine feels/looks weaker than theyrs eventho i have higher dps in pob. Also doing the bosses i dont melt them aswell as they do. Would really like some advices or mb it is something wrong with me :D Pob :
