So, I sacrificed some defences because I did not need them (I run 40-60% Deli T16 Ceme with wisps) and now use 2 wands.

It gets me to 22m DPS with 170k EHP, which is decent, but sometimes I feel like I need another 5-7m to feel good with whisps.

Any idea how to do it without sacrificing survivability further, other than buying lvl 21 vaal reap? I got like 100 divs to spend. Here is my pob: https://pobb.in/DjWB3Yn4PQpk
