Made a general draft for a trauma support Flicker Strike Berserker and the numbers came out just fine. Just, don't try to do uber bosses on flicker. It's a miserable experience. Notable interactions: Permanent Adrenaline, permanent onslaught, 50% uptime on berserker, rage on stun, 30% chance for frenzy charge on hit vs marked target. Blood Rage optional (!). So after a bit of messing around, I might have come up with a phys Flicker Strike Slayer that looks like it's SSF viable for a league start. Parameters: 900k+ boss DPS assuming maximum Rage, Pride effect and totems, but no Berserk or Vaal Haste (goes up to 1.5m burst DPS if so). Not that you'd be doing pinnacles on this, but it's a good indication of single target potential. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? definitely a pob warrior tree. you wont have all those buffs activated at once for 99.99% of the game.but if you do somehow get all the buff on than for the split second you can reach flicker dps heaven. the budget for the pob items is around 2 mirrors. for bossing you put on a frenzy on hit chest with all the same mods but explode is replaced with frenzy on hit. also good luck rolling on the elegant hubris
