PoE Ruthless builds

tl;dr - BONK. --- NOTE: This requires nearly EVERY source of "increased stun duration on enemies" in the game in order to achieve a duration that leaves wiggle room for monsters with stun duration resistance. This is naked, just to prove the point that the stun duration required is achievable. New Warlord's Mark garuntees us 100% chance to double stun duration, which is the only reason this now works. "Budget" 1-5ex. &x200B; Basic info: 1. Stacking medium cluster jewels (Pure Agony(+1sentinel), Disciples(1% phys red per sentry)). 2. 10 sentinels(+fortify). 25Lvl HoP (chest+cold iron point) 3. Bone offering for some block/spellblock. 4. Lone messenger keystone(no aura from skills). 5. Two curse limit. 6. 4500hp/770ES 90% phys red 75% block 35% spell block, res capped. 7.
