As you can tell it's not cheap a better option for the helmet would be Abyssus since you don't take phys damage as it is. I just like life and resistances. Please remember that you need to inflict bleed. So physical damage needs to be converted but not a 100%. You want to aim for 99% converted so you take only 1% of the bleed damage due to the golden rule. A juggernaut will be required for this build to be able to generate endurance charges casually.
