POB: https://pastebin.com/1Bb9YCfM Super important that you get ES on basically all your rares (in addition to life) if you want to try this build, otherwise you will die.
Budget options:
IF you can't afford to craft my Staff (need minimum 4ex to guarantee the craft) then use Ender Realm staff and slot Added Cold Damage in for Multistrike.
IF you can't afford a 6L, get a Frostferno and slot SRS-Unleash-Ele Dmg /w Attacks-Ruthless. Buy any increased minion damage 1hder and a Victaro's Charity and get Necromatic Aegis. Another cheap option instead of Frostferno if you can find one are Fortify boots, or +2 helm/increased minion damage Helms. Still strong enough to clear all red maps.
If you can't afford Soltice Vigil, place Blasphemy-Enfeeble in Victario's Influence and drop Flesh and Stone. Use a simple life-ES ammy in that place.
