PoE Juggernaut, League Starter builds with custom stat filters

I've been PoB warrior'ing for awhile and I think I've settled on my league starter. Main criteria was melee, strong overall build (mapping + bossing), and tanky as possible. Was thinking boneshatter slayer, but I avoided it for a couple of reasons; Vaal Pact annoys me and Slayer needs it to be acceptably tanky, and Slayer is kind of bad at bossing without very high investment. This is NOT a leaguestarter due to uniques needed, I would go a classic CHIEFTAIN if you leaguestart with it due to things being much easier and cheaper if you do so. I think this build has some interesting synergies. Vulconus in main hand and Nycta's Lantern for Battlemage in the offhand makes for a good combo, when you take Avatar of Fire on the tree as well as bleed the enemy somehow. How about a skill so off-meta I couldn't find evidence of anyone having used it as a main skill since 2015 when it was introduced? A skill that was further crippled in 3.16 (thanks Yoji), cementing its contention for the least-used skill in POE? (I've seen more basic attack builds kill Sirus than this one.) This is my slow tempo league starter, and its facetanking minotaur and hydra at once, boss dps is around 3 mil. Yes, I admire uberdan, and it is my copied version of his last league 'hipster spectral helix ascendent. I am sc trade player and tried to integrate new mechanics like precise technique, mark on hit support with frenzy charge generation mastery, intimidate implicit on gloves(red exarch currency, lowest tier is fine I think). I havent tried boneshatter, but I just love spectral helix style which does not need further in
